	February 27th, 2014: Brady Dougan swears in front of the American Senate not to know about gangster's methods used by his bank for violating the American law. Several from his employees consider that he was faithless his Oath	NA (Not Applicable): Brady Dougan took the OATH according to the American Right. According to his employees, his Oath would not have respected the Values of the Swiss Constitution.
	July 6th, 2011: within the framework of a demand in responsibility of actions of the federal Court, Micheline Calmy-Rey is faithless her Oath to respect the Constitution. She reduced the power of the federal Council for allowing lawyers to use the power of the federal Court to commit crimes with complete impunity. It is Micheline Calmy-Rey's perfidy which shows to the banks that the federal Council will not legislate to end the economic crimes committed with screen lawyers protected by the federal Court.. 	July 23rd, 2014, in an affair of economic criminality committed by lawyers with the power of the federal Court, the President of the federal Court, Gilbert KOLLY, received a demand in writting to sign a certificate confirming that he did not violate his Oath to respect the federal Constitution in this case. 	July 28th, 2014, in an affair of economic criminality committed by neuchâtelois lawyers with help of Prosecutor Pierre AUBERT who violated his Oath to respect the Constitution, President of council of State Neuchâtel, Alain RIBAUX, lawyer, received a demand in writting to respect its Oath to honor the federal Constitution.
